I was researching
theoretical FGFR3 inhibitors that could potentially be used for heightmaxxing / longitudinal bone growth before plates fully fuse.
While drugs like Erdafitinib are extremely expensive and hard to source, there is scientific evidence suggesting that Meclizine (a common OTC antihistamine/anti-vertigo medication) acts as an FGFR3 signaling inhibitor.

According to the paper, Meclizine downregulates the FGFR3 signaling pathway, which normally suppresses chondrocyte proliferation in growth plates.
