This is a guide for medial canthus cutting (or atleast what i did)

Pay attention to this.
ENSURE THE CUT DOES NOT REACH THE DERMIS, REMEMBER THIS SHOULD ONLY BE DONE LIKE A CAT SCRATCH.
THE EPIDERMIS IS MUCH EASIER TO CUT, YOU NEED TO APPLY MORE PRESSURE TO CUT THE DERMIS, SO BE CAREFUL

Here are the layers of skin, so you know which to avoid.

As you can see in this image, there are many arteries in the medial canthus area, so if you only cut the epidermis, you ensure you don't break any of these (saves you a trip to the doctor)

It's cutting the medial canthus to improve your PFL and give your eyes a better appearance.

What do you need to do medial canthus cutting?
You need the following objects.

it doesnt hurt that much
low risk of infection, its hard for you to mess up and cut ur eye of or sum shi
and it gives you an elongated pfl, good roi in my opinion

you're attempting a medial canthoplasty with a razor and hoping the scar contracts into the exact shape that you want.
you cant accurately control a cut to epidermis only by hand, especially on the medial canthus.

deliberately repeating it "until it scars the way we want" is even more retarded, scar contraction is not precision surgery, you will end up asymmetric with a visible hypertrophic scar, with chronic irritation. or even a worse canthal shape.
you know its already retarded when there are tiktok iqlets that look like absolute shit make content on doing exactly this, in hopes to be edgy and muhhh blackpill muhhh looksmax

you want my advice?
save some money, and talk to an oculoplastic surgeon and do it the RIGHT way.
if you really want to ascend, doing DIY "cat scratches" will not take you far at all
