I don't really understand how medial canthus works. Do they like get bigger or idk how to call it overtime like by growing up? If yes till when do they stop getting bigger

Yeah but like younger children have like no medial canthus at all but after some years the medial canthus gets bigger and bigger and can i just like wait some more time (im 15) or do I just have to cut it
