I don't really understand how medial canthus works. Do they like get bigger or idk how to call it overtime like by growing up? If yes till when do they stop getting bigger

Yeah but like younger children have like no medial canthus at all but after some years the medial canthus gets bigger and bigger and can i just like wait some more time (im 15) or do I just have to cut itView attachment 4373588
It's a part of the eye, it doesn't grow like limbs
Dont start doing shit like this to yourself, dont do any kind of surgeries on yourself, only the basement dwelling incels on this forum care about this, i dont think theres a single fucking irl woman who cares about shit like that.Yeah but like younger children have like no medial canthus at all but after some years the medial canthus gets bigger and bigger and can i just like wait some more time (im 15) or do I just have to cut it

Yooo thank you so much for your answer dude. What i mean by growing is like, when you look at younger people (children) you can see that their medial canthus is non existent, but as they grow older you can see that their medial canthus is growing like bigger / longer. Do you understand what I mean? And ty for your answer againyeah some people just be on here to help nobody in the end
medial canthus depends MOSTLY on your genetics and i dont know what you mean by it growing up everything in our body changes as we grow up but if you could elaborate more on that i could maybe get it better
- the ideal medial canthus has high degree of positive canthal tilt 4+ degrees for an actual downturned medial canthus that makes a v shape
- a sharp and deep and defined lateral canthus (one of the most important things for an ideal eye area and a lot of canthoplasty surgeons screw it up) as it contrasts well
- a forward and non-recessed well developed maxilla (if your maxilla was flat it wouldn't have support thus making your orbitals recessed and weakening the canthal tendons.
- a well developed lacrimal caruncle (i think people often mistake this for the medial canthus just know that it isnt it's literally mm apart)
- lacrimal sac located vertically downwards
- wide punctum with more mm of palpebral fissure length on the canaliculi structure
please mark this as a solution if this answered at least one of your questions about the medial canthus right and let me know if there's any more![]()
Your lower eye support can change over time but it’s mostly minimal, making your medial canthus look ‘longer’. For age it can be 15 as it can be 21, it is impossible to deduct whenI don't really understand how medial canthus works. Do they like get bigger or idk how to call it overtime like by growing up? Alr tysimply because of eyelid movement
the medial canthus is part of the eyelid's movement which changes as you age and your lifestyle factors and those factors contribute to the overall appearance of the medial canthus over time
