Don't do it... It wont look good. Natural downturned medial canthus is caused by tendons and bone. You cutting into the skin will just look like shit. I remember when Salludon (think surgically only on the surface level) got it and was getting glazed. Look how shit it looks:

You'd need a surgeon to cut into this area:

and then tie the tendons to your nasal sidewall+high pfl. Good luck finding one, and if you do, that scar will be gross.

He's trying to gatekeep something he thinks looks good or imply that he didn't do it. Less you mean he did it and he himself agrees it's not a good idea. If the former, look at his shit, its just a very narrow curved line (scalpel) that's clearly loose and not attached to anything. Also the line goes past his lacrimal, which I'm sure is what causes the unnatural look.
