If you have a legit Autism spectrum disorder, you will never "cure" it, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make it more bearable.
Here is a compilation of everything that has some positive effects backed up by studies (drugs mostly backed up by anecdotal evidence).
Roughly in order from most to least effective:
1) MDMA, LSD, Psilocybin
primarily based on anecdotal evidence, massive benefits, reports of turning people "NT."
2) Fecal Microbiota Transplant (bad alternative: Probiotics)
exciting topic - we will see a lot in that area in the next years. If you have a mental disorder, something's messed up with your gut. need to get someone with overall great genetics and get their poo
3) PolyPill for Autism
most useful out of those might be Bumetanide and NAC (supplement, easy to get)
4) Oxytocin nasal spray
Sleep problems:
Melatonin
Vitamins, Anti-oxidants:
Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid), CoQ10, Fish Oil
Experimental trials (not feasible to get):
Suramin, Balovaptan
