Meds for IBS

Anyone know some meds that help?
I was thinking maybe Propranolol or Loperamide

propanolol didn't work for me it helped me with acidic diahrea from anxiety but like the loose stool kept coming which still effected my sleep but supposedly my hypermobility contributes to that so i think im finished

Never tried it tbh but it sounds kind of like dgl + fiber which does work for slowing stool
