He looks insane in that gif. But in most pics he looks like a brick. I don't know how to describe it but drago has too much bone mass.

Search old mog battle threads. Drago gets mogged in almost all of them

Hexum pheno and coloring mogs him. Both have similar lower thirds but drago has better zygos, slightly better eyes and more mass.

I do agree that drago objectively is slightly higher psl but hexum has higher appeal than him.

I don't know how to describe it but drago has too much bone mass.

This. It's why 99.9% of the time he's so unappealing to look at because it doesn't look natural at all. His bones are comically large. Like Hexum has high bone mass but they look nice. Doesn't look comical.

And it's why in that gif he's great because his bones don't look that large. Completely different to his appearance in every other pic/gif

Incels are never gonna be honest about Meeks vs Hexum being closer than they would like but it is true. Meeks mogs him in many places and has things going for him like exoticness and mulatto halo.
