Today at 5p.m I will meet with some of my friends. Should I just eat one big protein meal and lots of potassium so I have enough protein and still be debloated? Also should I do 1-2h low intensity cardio to debloat?

I think it’s the best way, because I can eat something with them as „cheat“ but I won’t be bloated and got nearly all my protein in. Thoughts?

you dont need this shit my nigga. the point of them being your friends is that they actually like you and enjoy your company. dont be a fag, try to be fun and chill. you can train that very successfully.

be reasonable with the potassium dose and generally look after yourself and be healthy but save the autistic shit for foids
