Stop blaming your parents. Your face is recessed because you’ve treated your skull like a decorative ornament instead of a biological tool.

The Premise: Humans are carnivores. Carnivores tear. The act of yanking meat off a bone creates massive forward/upward tension on the maxilla. Modern "fork and knife" culture has deleted this stimuli leading to "melting" faces, narrow airways, and recessed profiles. We arent ugly: were under stimulated.
Modern food is mush. You put it in your mouth and swallow. No pulling = no tension = your face "melts" downward over generations. You weren't "born" recessed. Your environment just didnt give your skull a reason to grow forward.

Ive been lurking the archives and it’s pathetic. the last time anyone talked about actual facepulling was march 2025 and the knowledge has completely stagnated. Most of you are still hanging from doorframes like idiots and wondering why your midface is still flat and your maxilla is in another zip code
Ive spent the last year synthesizing the Donsjohns era diagrams with F1-style rowing mechanics. If you want to stop being a recessed goy and actually achieve the Hunter look, you need to understand that beauty isnt a gift from God it's a mechanical adaptation to environment.

before you type "it’s over just ldar," shut up and listen. The nature vs. nurture dichotomy is a false flag. Your "nature" is just the collection of "nurtures" from your ancestors. genetic mutations arent random they are driven by purposeful adaptation to the environment.

If your lineage spent the last 3 generations eating soft slop and mouth-breathing, your "genes" will reflect that recession. But the skull remains plastic. Metabolic rate and mechanical tension determine bone density and position. You aren't "destined" to be a midfacecel youve just been living in a low-tension environment.

HOW TO EXECUTE
simple said you bite into a towel which youve folded a couple times to make it thicker and you bite down as hard as you can symetrical bite placement into the towel its very important for you to bite down as hard as possible to reduce dental tilting, hold the towel with your hands as close to your lips for max control of force and start subtly pulling your wrist away from your mouth pulling the towel and hold the towel with your hand very hard and the same time also try moving your chin to your chest simultaneously as you pull the towel away from you and as you bite down onto the towel as hard. so you would be clenching your jaw which holds the towel in your mouth, clenching your hands which hold the towel and also pull it away from your mouth and you would move your chin towards your chest - all of this AT THE SAME time. important note, when you go into doing this or you about to end doing this, you need to sublty let the clenching and the force contraction smoothly pass to zero, this is kinda like driving a car and needing to stop for the red light, you dont go full brake, you limo brake/stop, and ''limo'' start. now if youve already tried that mutliple times youll get tired from the clenching, try putting your wrist under your knee and using your leg as resistance instead of you having to pull your wrist away. its allot easier and the leverage gives you more ability to facepull harder, even harder is with the f1 but thats only if you know what youre doing, this method is risky but rewarding. do it at your own risk.

The reason standard mewing fails many is the lack of significant mechanical tension. To move the maxilla in an adult, you need to trigger Osteoblastic activity at the sutures specifically the Zygomaticomaxillary and Transverse Palatine sutures.
The Physics of the Yank: When you bite and pull forward (The Rowing Motion), you are creating a Class III traction effect without the headgear. By using your legs and back (the "F1" force), you are applying a load that the tongue simply cannot replicate.

The reason why everyone on this forum is failing with standard mewing/thumbpulling/palateexpander is because theyre trying to move a literal boulder with a toothpick. Your tongue is a muscle, sure, but its not designed to counteract the decades of soft food atrophy and mouth breathing that melted your face in the first place. This is where F1 facepulling or any facepulling beats thumbpulling/mewing. When you look at how a lion or a wolf tears through a carcass, they aren't just "chewing" they are using their entire posterior chain to yank and stabilize.

That "rowing" motion youre doing with the towel is literally mimicking the predatory feeding cycle that built the human skull. By biting down at 100% force, youre locking the maxilla and mandible into a single unit, and when you pull using your legs/back, youre creating massive mechanical tension on the sutures. youre basically forcing the skull to realize it’s in a "high-load" environment. Most of you guys are worried about "tipping teeth," but as long as youre biting down hard on a thick enough surface (like a rolled-up towel), the force is distributed across the entire dental arch and directly into the palatine bone.

The "Look Down" cue is the most important part of this whole breakthrough. If you just pull forward while looking up, youre going to end up with a long, horse face midface. You have to tuck that chin and pull "against" the base of the skull. This creates the counter-clockwise rotation (CCW) that actually compacts the face. It’s what gives you that deep-set eye look and the high, flared zygos. You arent just moving the jaw forward youre swinging the entire facial mask upward.

Ive been doing this for 6 months and the changes arent just "subtle bloat" or light frauding. my airway opened up so much I feel like I'm breathing 4K air my undereye support actually exists now. The "genetics" guys will see your progress and say you "ascended" via puberty or some other low-IQ excuse but the reality is just physics. You’re remodeling the bone because youre finally giving it a reason to be strong. but now if someone ask me how i did it ill just gatekeep it  saying yeah bro just drink some water get some sleep, puberty will do the rest! because this method is actually the way. if everyone knew this, everyone would be true adam and looks inflation is gonna rise again.

Why Youngcels (U18) Should Stay Away

I see 15yr olds on here asking about this DO NOT DO THIS. Your sutures havent even finished their primary growth phase. If you apply 100% manual force with your legs and back to a developing skull you are going to give yourself a midface deformity or catastrophic dental crowding. Stick to chewing tough meats and until your skull ossifies. For the rest of us (18-25+), the sutures are "asleep." We have to "wake them up" with the incremental force I outlined.
and because you youngcels are stupid for the most part.

The 2cm Goal

People think 2cm of forward growth is impossible without a LeFort III. Its not. It’s just a matter of time and mechanical stress. Look at the tribes who do skull binding or the people who use dental appliances for years. The bone moves where the tension tells it to move. If you give your body a reason to build a hunters face by simulating the absolute brutality of a carnivore's feeding pattern—it will adapt. It has no choice.
Consistency is the only thing that matters. If you do this for a week and quit because your head hurts, stay recessed. the ''fascial gym'' requires the same discipline as the regular gym. You are literally bodybuilding your bone structure.

THE METABOLIC FIRE WHY YOUR BONE IS STAGNANT

Most of you lowTcels think you can just pull on your face and ascend while living on a diet of seed oils and soy. bone remodeling isnt just about the pull, If your metabolic rate is trashed, your body isnt going to waste calcium and phosphorus building out your maxilla. Its going to prioritize keeping your organs from failing because you're malnourished. If your body has the raw materials massive amounts of K2, D3, and animal protein etc it will flood those micro gaps with new bone matrix. This is how you "permanently" move the maxilla. If you're doing this while being on a nutrient-deficient diet, youre just stretching skin and giving yourself a headache for nothing. Treat your face like a healing fracture. When you break a bone, it heals back thicker. When you "stretch" a suture, it fills in wider. its just like the gym dont expect getting bigger if you dont eat.

THE ORBITAL RIM VECTOR HOW TO GET HOODED EYES

The biggest mistake on this forum is thinking facepulling is only for the jawline. If you want the "Hunter" look, you need infraorbital support. The force vector from the towel dosent just stop at your teeth it travels through the palatine bone and terminates right at the orbital rims.
By using the "Look Down" cue I mentioned earlier you are aiming that tension directly at the base of your eyes. Over months of consistent rowing, this upward pressure forces the orbital floor to thicken and move forward. This is the secret to that "deep-set," hooded eye look. Youre literally pushing the bone up to support the eye killing that "bug-eye" or "tired" look that comes with midface recession. If you feel the pressure under your eyes during the row, you’re hitting the goldmine. If you only feel it in your teeth, your form is dogshit. If you don't feel like your skull is a different shape after 3 months, you're low-effort or your form is trash. Don't come crying to me about your "GeNeTicS" if you can't even commit to a daily row.

THE F1 PROTOCOL (STOP ASKING FOR REPS)

Stop asking "how long do I do it." Do you ask how long you need to breathe? This is a lifestyle shift. But if you need a map because you cantt think for yousrelf:

  • The Loading Phase (Weeks 1-4): 3 sets of 5 reps. 10 sec holds at 50% max force. You are "waking up" the sutures. Use the "Limo Start/Stop" method so you dont fry your CNS and end up as a vegetable.
  • The Remodeling Phase (Month 2-6): This is where you go full F1. 5 sets of 10 reps. 30 sec holds at 90-100% force. You should be using your legs for leverage.
  • The Consolidation Phase: 1-2 times a week just to maintain the tension while the new bone ossifies and hardens.

FINAL REALITY CHECK: THE ASCENSION IS ON YOU

Most of you will bookmark this or not, "mirin" the effort or ''dnr'', and then go back to scrolling the "Rate Me" section while your maxilla continues its slow descent into subhumanity. That’s the difference between the guys who actually change their bone structure and the ones who just talk about it.

Don't come back in a week complaining that your teeth are sore. If your teeth are sore, you aren't biting hard enough or your towel is too thin. The towel is your shield the row is your sword. If you treat this like a joke, youl get joke results. But if you treat your skull like the plastic, adaptable biological machine it is, you will see a different person in the mirror by the end of the year.

Im done spoon feeding the "how-to." The archives are linked, the physics are explained, and the protocol is laid out. You have the "DohnsJohns" blueprints and the F1 mechanics. Whether you choose to stay recessed or evolve is entirely dependent on how much tension youre willing to put your sutures through.

Ill be gatekeeping the specific advanced "F1-Pro" variations from here on out. If you show me actual progress pics in 3 months, maybe I’ll share something. Until then, stop coping, start rowing and for the love of God, stop eating mush.

After some weeks of doing this, half of my gum is now swollen, which is weird because when I face pull, after about 5 minutes, the swelling goes away and It doesn’t hurt, and the half of my gum (on the recessed part of my face too) is permanently swollen except when I’m face pulling. After that, for a couple of hours I’m fine.

This might be cope, but I think my facial structure is moving, and after many hours of not face pulling, it slowly goes back to normal. That’s why problems appear with the swollen gum, because the new structure isn’t fully healed to stay like that all the time. When I stop face pulling, it falls back, which is bad because the process of moving forward has already started. So I guess I’m in a middle stage. At this point, I’ll just continue and pray.

Some results have started to show, like improved breathing through my nose. For facial changes, I can’t really tell yet since it hasn’t even been a month, but I think I can see small changes, although it might be placebo. People say to expect changes after at least 3 months.

The idea that face pulling causes swelling because it crushes blood vessels and nerves feels forced. Even though the towel method applies a lot of force, it’s not enough to cause that kind of damage. Blood vessels would adapt and be affected over time, not crushed imo, bcz no one knows for sure but i if u look at ppl with pallet expanders they dont encounter these problems so why would we? especially if they say facepulling is cope bcz of a lack of stranght and we should js get a pallet expander so which one is it. too powerfull and dangerous or cope? ppl like to jst talk shit

Been doing towelpulling but just with my hands while sitting for a couple months and i can say that i can breath better and i'm able to keep the tongue in the roof of my mouth while sleeping now and now i'll switch to this and come back if i get good results

Bringing biomechanical loading on facial bones that have not sutured yet to gain foward projection, this is amazing love the thread.

btw try to use a belt if possible and pull a bit more upwards than directly fowards keeps the belt in the mouth better and puts more pressure on the maxillary bone itself, also do some stram after thumbpulling on your back to generate more power so on and so fourth.:feelsokman:

Zinsa, I have some questions...

Not to be gay or anything I put anything like a towel and pull, I gag some times cause of the force and the towel hitting my throat is that normal ? also I feel force in b/w the skull like behind the maxilla or something and how do u know that we r doing it correctly like feeling force on which part of the skull and what are the key points of having correct posture forexample doing F1 pulling we have
F1 pulling
this picture I am doing everything down to the point of this picture, I would update after 6-12 months of doing pulling also I m doing shirt clenching, plier pulling on the upper palate, weight pulling also for weight pulling what do we ideally like use a rope for it or tie another cloth like towel to the weight and hand the weight off while our teeths hold the towel/rope or whatever, also what do u think about putting a pound of weight in a small bag and then clenching down on the bag strings or whatever via ur molars and then swing equally on each side ? (dog-pulling) i made this shit up -_- not low iq just have exams n not doing too much research/think after exams, I m thinking of making some threads regarding alot of this

I gag some times cause of the force and the towel hitting my throat is that normal
just bite into the towel like you would in a burger, the purpose of the towel is for teeth contact, the hard and persistant clenching into the towel is for thhe force transfer into your skull. now we have that set up and the final part is to direct that force forward and upwards. thats essentially what facepulling is all about. idk how you gag, again you dont need to stuff your whole towel into your mouth.

also I feel force in b/w the skull like behind the maxilla or something and how do u know that we r doing it correctly like feeling force on which part of the skull
yea thats pretty normal i actually talked about this last year 2025 in spring you could go back in my post history i was pretty active talking about facepulling back then. yes its normal to feel tension/pain else where in the skull.

what are the key points of having correct posture forexample doing F1 pulling
that picture was made by JcPenny but he deleted his accounts. correct posture comes intiutively in my opinion but i generally follow Delsarte, Alexander, Masoero posture techniques.

what do we ideally like use a rope for it or tie another cloth like towel to the weight and hand the weight off while our teeths hold the towel/rope or whatever
it comes down to what you prefer you can use whatever suits you best. for me the towel is the best. you can adjust how soft or hard it is to the bite by folding the towel which also controlls the thickness. i tried a dog rope but thats too hard for me the tissue doesnt sink into my teeth but rather is like metal and not good at all to my feeling. i like that the towel is softer and crunches in kinda like bread but without the tearing, well lol that sometimes happens tho i treared like 4 towels during facepulling i bought better ones now and also i didnt fold them thick enough to prevent it. towel is the best for me.

what do u think about putting a pound of weight in a small bag and then clenching down on the bag strings or whatever via ur molars and then swing equally on each side
i wouldnt play around with it. i like to keep things simple and the techniques i already have work for me.

Explain why he is still recessed.

well that video just shows how resilient the skull is and that you shouldnt be so scared to facepull but id say the reason why is because he doesnt do this often, he very likely has a terrible diet like eating the regular indian food and other habits that influence bone metabolism in a negative way and ofc hes pretty fat looking prob from all those starches and spicy foods lol so you cant see whats under all of this fat and water retention

edit: id say he doesnt look that recessed, look at the distance between his ear and nose. and then again he has a bloated face you cant really tell anything about his skull structure

Do you think someone attempting a world record wouldn't practice their attempting record frequently and vigorously?

Then if face pulling works, how would he reach such a large force if he didn't have the nutrients to support the increased load? This means there is a change in pull force whilst not having a change on bone structure.

i talked about suture closing/softening process in other posts regarding facepulling. how old was this guy in the clip? facepulling results varies with age as we know. a younger person below 18 has generelly softer bones and loose sutures suitable for change and expansion where as oppisition to a older person 30 50 80 so on

Until then, stop coping, start rowing and for the love of God, stop eating mush.

nga the maxilla fuses around 12 what makes u think ur shitty sausage fingers will do anything so fucking stupid how ppl nowadays dont realize that pushing the maxilla for 10 minutes wont subside for a tooth born expander which has constant pressure at a young age

you must be crazy to genuinely believe that

no fingers are envolved in this, you’re a grey retard.
referencing thumb pulling but it still applies, there jsut isnt enough force to actively split the maxillary suture which literally requires a bone anchored mechanism do even do. Use common sense, muh grey muhhhh:lul:

You’re a retard, I’m just being entertained by your ramblings, I’m not here to hear your bullshit in the hope you’ll persuade me with your “knowledge”, you’re just a retard

You’re comparing the strength of your Quadriceps + Core and vertebrae to the strength of your thumbs, no it doesn’t fucking “still apply”, you’re an utter retard

The suture (only one by the way) that the MSE targets isn’t the same suture this procedure targets, this isn’t only for widening muh palate
which literally requires a bone anchored mechanism do even do.
To think that the only way of obtaining something is strictly by buying the only thing you get sold to obtain it is just… idk man you’re beyond stupid

nga its not like one suture in the mouth is weaker than the others, u cant just say "well muh its not widening so it doesnt apply" nga there is literally tooth born expanders that push forward..modt ur going to get from sticking a towel in ur mouth is teeth tipping and bruxism:lul:

You’re a retard, this procedure applies more strength than a MSE, it’s just way less constant, you’re the one talking about force. It also indirectly targets the midpalatal suture, but not only or mainly that one jfl
modt ur going to get from sticking a towel in ur mouth is teeth tipping and bruxism:lul:
I’m not “gonna get” retard

You logically can’t get teeth tipping or bruxism how can you even think of that shit

Why am I even arguing with somebody that’s not trying to prove me wrong? You didn’t even fucking read

you need constant pressure thats the issue, if it was constant pressure this method would actually have some ground to stand onhttps://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1073874618300094

Again, I’m not here waiting for you to convince me, I know it works you can already stop using that tone

I wonder how you manage to be rational when it comes to splitting sutures yet act brain damaged when it comes to explain how biting on a towel can cause bruxism

“Griding and clenching of teeth” means teeth on teeth, tissue won’t scrap off your teeth you can’t be this stupid bro

it indirectly causes bruxism due to the strain on the masseter muscles nga

"you know it works" jfl have u tried it:lul:or are u just basing this on anecdotal evidence conceived by coping retards on org

yeah bro, don’t ever train your masseters, it causes bruxism!

you’re stupid bro, masseter hyperthrophy is a consequence of bruxism, bruxism is caused by stress

nga if u give urself tmj by biting really hard on a towel ur likely to develop bruxism what is there not to understand

can I do it with a missing premolar? Doing thumbpulling has made me more recessed because of it. Have a post about it if u wanna know the details.
