Megathread of how i life and WHO i am (made to ask for advice and help of what i should change)

To start off i live in the netherlands average height here is 6 feet beside that im nowhere near that and im 15 measuring at 166 cm my oldest brother (19) is 173cm so i know i won't make it unless i hop on fgfr3 inhibitors.

weekly routine (june)

First week
: the last weeks of school started so we had to clear few things up and my grades were ASS. i was sitting in my room all day (haven't gone outside properly for months) rotting on forums and tiktok gaining 0 knowledge and just being an retard with 8-16 hours screentime a day. also this is when i started to game once again. i hopped on my playstation and started gaming once again and before i knew it 8 hours were gone and i did not make any progress.

Second week: 2 weeks to go before summer break. i have a lot of plans but 0 discipline so my daily routine was basically waking up for school which is around
8.20AM. so last for the last weeks i only have like 3-4 hours of school so when i came back home i used to instantly hop on roblox once again and keep playing till it became 12AM. thats when i used to stop playing and hop on tiktok till 2AM thats when i used to open up my laptop and hop on .org to seek a bit of knowledge while doomscrolling tiktok at the same time.

Third week: test week started my last hope of making it this year i promised myself i will be disciplined and not game till i make it. failed misserably because first day it went good second day i found myself gaming till 12AM once again so i knew this wasn't going to be it, made an decision to use my phone during tests which was too risky and i luckily didnt get caught. after the end of this week luckily my grades were fine and i made it !!

Last week: this was the best one, so everything is done no more school till 1 july which is the school trip we were going to this theme park. so as i always did. wake up at 12PM game till 12AM tiktok till 2AM rot on forum till 3AM and sleep. it was BAD. so basically 1 july came around and i went there (did lsd on the bus)

now: same routine with the wake up and game. a bit more disciplined (got myself an job at mcdonalds) still seeking knowledge.

Please give actuall advice i feel like an retard

im lost, like do i stop gaming or do i go out more or what?
Do what makes you happy while you have free time. Not everyone likes to play, not everyone likes to party.

I think in summer u should

take rest from being a slave in school, and pick up new hobbies that u wanted to do.

and new things that u couldn’t do when u didn’t have time.

also I’d suggest doing whatever u wanna do if u enjoy it, but def don’t just game all summer cuz it’ll feel like a waste

If you have a hobby or simply want to develop yourself, then of course, yes. Try to make money for example. But it shouldn’t be some bullshit that you don’t even like, there’s no point in that.

I think in summer u should
