But negative side effects long term it also mentions: riisk of:

* i f one is a sun avoider like me. because for my collagen. Than I think this stuff is better. because I just quickly tan, and than when finished I stop. But if I didn't use this stuff, i would need to put in more tanning hours. Which I think has higher risk for skin cancer.
Because I was sick and tired of being pale.
And I even was good dosing beta-carotones; during pale (and still now also) times.

i use 2 sprays per day. I forget how long I use it npow. I also had to quit for some time, because of cuckvid.
I think it will last 2 months easily, probably 3 months. when using 2 sprays per day.
