Does Melatonin do anything bad

Nah idk its rly good imo helped me sleep better

Got it prescribed, slept even worse- stopped after 2-3 months.
For most it’s fine though.
It’s a potent antioxidant, and consequently strongly anti-inflammatory, if taken in very high dosages- it also has a lot of other interesting effects.

Thats interesting, my mother experienced something similair like this. She told me she took like 15 sprays and still couldnt sleep better. Also this night i also took like 10 sprays and still couldnt really sleep well

Yeah this individual variability is pretty common, I have severe insomnia, though, and used to have sleep apnea as well- so, not a particularly great subject.
It definitely wasn’t potent enough to impact my circadian rhythm disorder in any meaningful way.
It’s half-life is very short, unless you receive a modified version of it (usually prescribed).

Best is to just try, since it’s pretty well established, that your endogenous production remains active independently.
There are countless factors involved in defining your overall sleep quality.

melatonin fucked up me up and gave me sleep apnea but the bright side is i got a free bimax from it
