Don't be taking it in the first place. No blue light, eating, or drinking within 2-3 hours before sleep; get sunlight in the morning. Also, exercise, obviously (not near bedtime though)

I literally cant sleep without it, last night i took 4mg of melatonin and no joke slept 0 hours

damn ur dependent already man, u just gotta quit cold turkey, build up a sleep debt, and reset ur sleep schedule normally by being tired lol
 
i take 10-15 mgs. works for me just fine

exogenous melatonin can be bad for some. depends if your nervous system is rigid or adapts quickly. for me personally i cant sleep when i take even a little bit.

being natural will always win
 
if youre saying it doesnt work for you then just stop using it. take l-theanine, magnesium glycine or even try D-sip (peptide) which can be used as a nasal spray.

might be too much, i have trouble falling asleep so i take more

The curse to not fall asleep has to be one of the worst things to exist, its garantued that you wont be tall then, I absolutely hate it

Tell me exactly what’s going on in ur life. I use to suffer from insomnia as well.
Idk my life been pretry normal, except my grades arent that good atm, and im kinda stressing about it, but my sleep was already bad before that

The curse to not fall asleep has to be one of the worst things to exist, its garantued that you wont be tall then, I absolutely hate it
I had 2 years of bad sleep from 14-16.

just recently started fixing it, I don't think it affected much since I stopped growing at 14 I think. It does more than just mess with ur height, brain development etc its bad I try and get 8 hours now but its impossible on weekdays

So real dude, im like barely getting 6 hours of sleep on weekdays especially when I have to get up at 6am. Ive been like 175cm for the past 4 months I cant stand it anymore

I go climbing 1-2 times a week. Sometimes i excercise at home. I dont really understand what sleep hygiene means sorry but except for the grades im not really stressed

Mogs me... I've been 183 cm for 2 and a half years.

I havent seen a single inch since summer of 9th grade :feelswhy:.. my growth spurt was weak asf too 5'8 to 6'0 thats it

Don’t wait with treatment, get it checked.

Dude i wish to be that height. Its so brutal my 17 year old brother is something around 176cm while my other 2 older brothers are so much taller. My 27 year old brother is 186cm while my oldest brother which is 31 is 199cm, maybe even 200cm its so brutal dude

Long-term structural consequences are inevitable, and neurogenesis is extremely overrated.
You will factually get more stupid day by day, and trust me, I precisely track this cognitive decline since 5-6 years.

It should be obvious that this degeneration affects more than just the brain.
Health is the most valuable thing in this world, treat it as such.

Yeah theyre my half brothers. I still think its crazy my dad is like 186cm, yet still im 175cm. My siblings both smoked during puberty, still theyre heightmogging everyone. Genetics are so unfair im telling you

Search up sleep hygiene on YouTube. Without sound sleep ur life quality will be horrific forever
