Is melatonin safe for a 15yr? I've heard that it's bad when you do it in the long term. I've been struggling to sleep I can’t sleep and I keep ending up sleeping at like 3-4 AM? How many mgs also

theres no risk profile to taking melatonin, go to your pharmacist and ask for zzzquil gummies
please limit blue light by turning on the night light filter setting on your phone permanently and avoid screens atleast 1 hour before sleep
keep trying to sleep & make an effort to keep your circadian rhythm in check, your height depends on this boyo

Its safe but you shouldn't use it for more than a week at the time. After a week of using it take a week off. And dreams are fucking insane if you take a little bigger dosage.

honestly from my experience they didnt do jack, no difference in sleep quality/dreams whatsoever. gave them to a friend and he passed out cold jfl

Yeah sometimes they work and sometimes don't but usually i don't even feel them i just get much deeper sleep.
