is it better to take melatonin in liquid exctract or pills? i have really bad sleep quality and struggle to fall asleep i need to know in what form melatonin is better to take, also what dosage yall suggest?

it doesnt really matter theyre both the same molecule but liquid is easier to get exact doses and immediate effects after consuming, pill form is more of like a spread out effect im pretty sure. just start at like 2mg and work your way up if your sleep isnt improving and try to sleep / wake up at the same time everyday
