Obviously melatonin as a pre-workout has gone mainstream, we've got main aesthetic guys like Adam Yu taking absurd amounts before a workout (just to clip), although the bottom line is the Nassar et al. 2007 (itsoverbuddyropemax.com) study has gone mainstream and everyone is going crazy over a 157% pre-workout spike (absurdly low in my opinion). In all honesty, for the risks and rewards of using melatonin, risks being lower pulse, rewards being 157% GH spike, I'd say the risks outweigh the rewards. The difference is, there is a study that seems to have been done better than the Nassar et al. 2007 study, and the growth is much higher in increment. 3g of GABA (approximately 4 pills of a normal bottle which has 750 mg) can induce a 400% increase. Yea sure pulse sucks; you're a tiny bit more tired sure, but 400% increase in GH is insane, especially if you're on CJC-1295 trying to work your way to HGH (like me who's been on it for 5 days now because I am poor). Obviously if you're on HGH there's no point in doing this, and just keep lifting hard, but for me, who had some GABA pills lying around, when I read this I was ecstatic (partially because GABA has been proven to be cope for actually helping the neurons). The only thing GABA is useful for is stimulating that pituitary gland, so obviously melatonin is better overall, but during the day or pre-workout, GABA mogs. I'll link the study here (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18091016/) and a pic of what I look like rn after turning 17 yesterday (7/11/09). Don't forget to rope max if you have short clavicles like me, because it's over.
