As long as you don't drink or smoke (which will mess with your collagen), you'll ascend as you get older. Here are some changes that will make you more sexually desirable, i.e. more masculine as you age. (Getting a facelift by the age of 45-50 is also a must).
THE JAW:
"The research, recently published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery , was spearheaded by Joel E. Pessa, M.D., assistant professor of plastic surgery at UT Southwestern, and Rod Rohrich, M.D., F.A.C.S., chairman of plastic surgery there.
Dr. Pessa explains, "We noted that some people tended to have an increase in their jaw size with age," and they wanted to explore why and how. For their research, the surgeons obtained serial radiographs of eight men and eight women, and discovered that, over their lifetimes, the patients' mandibles continued to grow and widen as they aged."
THE NOSE (A bigger nose is a sexually dymorphic trait, and rhinoplasty is for trannies):
"Clinical measurement and profile photographic records of 279 randomly selected subjects were obtained for the evaluation of nasal changes. Thirty-nine subjects were excluded, and the final sample consisted of 240 subjects. The subjects were divided into four groups by age: Group 1 (16–20 years), Group 2 (21–30 years), Group 3 (31–40 years), and Group 4 (41–50 years). Each group was further subdivided on the basis of gender. Data were collected and analyzed by two-way multivariate analysis of variance with Duncan's multiple range post hoc test.
Results: In both males and females, nasal height and breadth increased with except nasal index and nasolabial angle. More nasal changes were seen in males as compared to females of the same age group."
SKULL (As you are probably aware, having a female-sized skull is a death sentence for your SMV regardless of height):
"Males revealed the most significant shape changes with age, particularly in the outer cranial vault, inner cranial vault, anterior cranial fossa, and middle cranial fossa. "
You can explore this on your own, but there are definitely a lot more changes to your bone structure as you age.
