you all know the "men are either worst or the best, women are mid" true but why?
imo, it all comes down to how successful you are at managing your dick.
you can be successful by masturbating, and you can be successful by not masturbating at all.
At the end of the day it all boils down to whether being in sync with your libido-cycle or not.
Both ends are bad; whether you fall into the rabbit hole of PMO pit and you struggle to get out
