We all have flaws. We’re all trying to improve them. Keep doing that.
But don’t waste time in the meantime. Today could unironically be your last day. Are you going to spend all of it worrying or actually trying to interact with people, making friends, and talking to women?
Here is a mental trick to get the ball rolling in times of laziness and despair or depression. Think of one good attribute that you have. Just one. For me, it’s my height since I’m atleast above 6 feet and above average in that for my race atleast. Now, simply imagine you didn’t have it.
You’d be spending day after day worrying about it if you didn’t have it. You’d be stressed, anxious, and depressed. I am 26 years old and grew fairly late (was depressed about my height at 17/18 and it felt like torture). Once you truly imagine this, you’ll realize how much pain you really don’t have to suffer through right now. If you were short right now for example but are tall currently, you’d be spending countless amounts of years just wishing and wishing you were taller. You would tell yourself “fuck, if I was only tall, I’d be doing everything I wanted. I’d be working my ass off trying to perform on stage or give a speech or get that girl because of how different I’d look.” Truly imagine the misery you would have been in and how grateful you would have been to have that feature that you do have now. Then realize you do have that feature and be grateful for it.
It’s like being given a new life where you do have that one good feature and now you can spring yourself up and get stuff done. Use that to build confidence and don’t waste your days even amidst your journey to looksmaxx.
