I hate this so much. I have to gamble money for something that probably wont even work. I felt so much happier when i thought the jaw surgery would ascend me. I can't live like this

so far no i had a meeting with two plastic surgeons who both suggested fillers for my zygos and the maxfac im going with is waiting for something from my insurance.

fillers for zygos might make your face more remarkable looking who nose. dumping a couple 100 into those seems pretty low risk and low commitment. but I can tell you you will never look amazing because of your eye area
 
I just want to be objectively good looking. I know im not gonna be everyones type but being hot instead of average makes a huge difference to me. Would fillers make me 5 psl or more? Also she was offering chin and jaw fillers instead of in addition to also for the mouth area. would that help?

Truth is with a lot of normies it is very hard to know what changes could ascend someone. Get Taban out of the way first. If he cant help you with your eyes no one can. Fillers effects are hard to predict but theyre relatively inexpensive and can be dissolved. The jaw surgery is drastic but if the simulation looks good is probably worth it. Ask a good morpher on here to try and ascend your face preferably without changing your eyes because thats unrealitic. Ask them what they did and see if those things can be done

If you lose weight and get a low body fat percentage, and stop eating things that cause bloat, you will look better. But these are minor things compared to what you can do with surgery. All told, if you lose body fat and get some good muscle definition, and improve your skin, and get a better haircut, maybe you will go up 5 or 10 pecent in sexual appeal. If you truly want to look better, and have the ability to slay, you need surgery. @Amnesia and @Salludon got surgery and they are at chad level looks now, even though they started out around your average looks level. Although there are a bunch of shitposting trolling dumbasses on here, if most people on here are saying you look average, it means you probably look average. As much as the people on here are crazy they are a more reliable source of judging your looks than just about anywhere else. You look like a 4 or 5/10. But if you are tall your sex appeal is higher than that.

First, you should get to a low body fat, and se if you can clear up any minor problems without surgery. Then take a good look at yourself and see what surgeries could help. You can always post on here to get specific advice, there are many knowledgable users and many people with experience with surgery

At this point I’ve got plans for a jaw surgery and I’m the meantime I’m losing weight and doing skin care and working out. If the jaw thing doesn’t work I’ve had plastic surgeons and women irl suggest zygote fillers. The girl that said the zygo thing didn’t say filler but she said my cheeks were chubby. So I dunno where to go with that

There is a surgery called buccal fat removal that will take some of the fat out of your cheeks. But its always advised to get to a low bf% before that surgery so you will know if your face will lean out or if it is naturally at a high fat percentage.

Plastic surgeons are experts on surgery but they do not always know about what makes people attractive. Taking their advice on what surgery to get can be dangerous, especially because they are in business and they want your money. It is a really bad idea to take almost anyones advice on what you need to look better because most of the time it is not backed up by the evidence. Any advice any woman gives you should be thrown out immediately. What they say is worthless. Instead, look at the guys they are attracted to, and see what features they have. They might say you should have better fashion, or you should be nicer, or you look good already, but their actions always tell a different story.

Usually it's just good jaws that I see on the guys they like. For me I've been told I look good but its usuallly something revolving around my eyes or whatever. The plastic surgeons I've spoken to all go straight for the cheekbone thing they say it will 'masculinize' my face and they also offer the chin and jaw build ups. does any of that sound legit? I just wish i could say 'make me hot' and they give me a price

Having a good jaw is of course one of the most important features for a man. But it seems that plastic surgeons think you can just take any guy, give him some jaw or chin surgery, maybe some cheekbone fillers or implants, and they will look manly and attractive. I wish it was that easy but its not. A good jaw, and a good face is a combination of many things working together, including many nuanced things that people subconsciously are attracted to but cannot actively identify.

For example, your jaw is a good size, but at your gonion, below your ears, there is a lack of definition, maybe due to your bones themselves or the fat around it, or both. Your palate is also narrow, which is a negative feature. I doubt anyone outside this forum has ever told you that your gonion lacked definition, or that your palate was narrow. But if you look at celebrities that pretty much all women find attractive, like henry cavill, or brad pitt, you will see that they have a well defined gonion and a wide palate. Pretty much all attractive males have these features, but no one ever talks about them. These are just too advanced and specific for the average person, or even surgeon, to identify and think about as attractive features.

Yes, if you built up your cheekbones, and jaw, it would help. But there are many elements that come together to make these features attractive. If you have good cheekbones but lots of fat in your face, they wont be noticeable. If you have a large jaw but lots of fat in your face, it will also not be noticeable. If you have a large jaw, and good cheekbones, but your palate is narrow and your gonial angle is high, you will still not be attractive. So many things have to come together to look attractive. You can usually get these things through surgery, but the surgeons themself will not necessarily know what features you need to be attractive.

I think this is a good analogy because it doesnt matter how much someone knows about any particular thing, you are the only one who can know exactly what you want. Instead of asking for a fast car, you need to ask for a car that has a certain engine, with specific features and low weight for good handling, and suspension for off road, with off road tires, etc. I think you see what I mean. You need to know exactly what you want when you go in, and how it can be accomplished.

So how am I supposed to fix these things. I’ve only got so much money to spend on these things. Would mandible advancement fix my gonial angle and will moving my maxilla affect my pallets width. I agree with those two points but I have no idea how to achieve them and weight loss won’t change those I’m assuming

Well if you pick a few key things you can usually do the surgery without it being too expensive, but surgery is of course always expensive. I dont think your gonial angle is a problem at all, and your jaw size and projection isnt a problem either. Its mainly about the definition, specifically of the gonion and the ramus. You dont seem to have much jaw definition in those areas. I think you could get some kind of implants for those but I would look at all the available options. There is also surgery for widening your palate, I cant remember the name of the different surgeries but if you look up mouth widening or palate widening surgery you should be able to find them. I think lip lift surgery for your upper lift would be good as well, since that makes your lip thicker and would decrease the size of your philtrum.

What about maxilla advancement because that’s what’s been on my schedule right now. The palette expansion is mse which is a different thing but possible less invasive.

8mm upper jaw sounds extreme man. People here have had big ascensions (from as recessed starting points) with less than 8mm upper jaw advancement.

Read through this thread, this guy had 7mm upper and lower jaw advancement with no CCW (the guys bite and mandibular angle was already good like yours)

Well, I dunno whether I regret signing up for this surgery, or I'm just not used to the new face, but after all I don't like what I see in the mirror. It just looks off. I resemble a fucking dog. While the mandible kicks ass, the maxilla is overdone. I hope that it's just swelling that is not...

Well to me your maxilla doesnt look recessed, it seems like its more of a problem with your zygos not being very defined and the high fat in your cheeks making it look kind of flat.

I’m reading it right now. Not really planning on it. I was thinking that as a back up if the surgery didn’t go through. But the 8 mm was his idea. He seems like a lookism style surgeon tbh. He hasn’t said anything but he focuses on looks as much or more than the medical side tbh

I told you this before, your features are very well spaced and you look good from the front because of this. The problem is the facial flatness, to fix this you need bimax like your planning, and then custom zygo implants to match the midface with your forward lower third. That and a nose job after bimax (since bimax will probably make your nose a little wider), and your done and can go live your life.

OP isn't downward grown but has flatness in his face due to recession.

downward growth isn't fixable, so you have that going for you ig. what you need though is maxillary projection in the upper areas, which is not able to be done easily.

you can try quadrangular lefort 1, or midface implants, if you would want.

He didn't like his results because he said it made him look too much like a dog in real life. That was 7mm, so 8mm really is a lot. You also will have to get zygo augmentation after bimax to match your lower third, or it will look unharmonious.

I don't know how to morph but these faceapp filters although barely realistic definitely highlight flaws.
If you're not fat you definitely need buccal fat removal.
Bimax and zygo implants as mentioned.
Ask Taban if he can improve eye area with lateral augmentation canthoplasty and lower lid retraction.
Eyebrow/eyelashmax
Lip lift and lip fillers.
Contactfraud since your pheno allows you to.
Maybe rhino but not necessary.

You're dead average with potential to improve. Stop whining like a little sissy.
