how do you framemax? just lateral delt raises or something else?

develop the entire shoulder girdle + lats while neglecting traps.

chest, especially upper chest is also important for scapular positioning, i.e your chest works similarly to your back in keeping your shoulders in the right stance, if your chest is underdeveloped your scapula will pull your clavicles back, making you seem narrower.
