Mesiodens help needed

So i ve an extra tooth behind left front tooth , i got used to it but it causes problems like tounge slips while speaking (very minor ), maybe wrong tounge posture cuz of tooth present just behind front tooth i place my tongue just behind it but it should be behind my front tooth, i don't want fuck up with palate but should extract it or not i had some kinda narrowness in face like not wide enough apart from looks it doesn't cause problems
