Messed up tendons/ligaments

Hey guys, I recently started working out at age 15, and I've been hitting the gym quite frequently and have made progress, but It's gotten to the point where my inactivity has caught up to me. I haven't done any physical activity (literally none, no running, no sports, nothing) until I turned 15 and starting going to the gym, but now my tendons/ligaments are messed the hell up, and they hurt a ton as if they are about to tear whenever I lift a weight that actually stimulates my muscles. Has anyone else experienced this? Any potential fixes?
 
Try taking omegas, daily multi vitamin, make sure you’re stretching. Im fr get a good routine even if it’s only before u lift.

Are you sure its your tendons/ligaments? You don't usually feel those unless something is seriously wrong. Maybe your joints? Either way stretch and watch your form, its ok to watch a few youtube videos. Whatever you do you do not want to hurt yourself due to bad form.
