Hey guys, I recently started working out at age 15, and I've been hitting the gym quite frequently and have made progress, but It's gotten to the point where my inactivity has caught up to me. I haven't done any physical activity (literally none, no running, no sports, nothing) until I turned 15 and starting going to the gym, but now my tendons/ligaments are messed the hell up, and they hurt a ton as if they are about to tear whenever I lift a weight that actually stimulates my muscles. Has anyone else experienced this? Any potential fixes?
