So Hard chewing is obviously a good strategy to its basically the hard mewing of chewing. However, one potential issue is with wearing down teeth, so a potential solution is putting some kind of protective layer on top of the teeth so that you can chew as hard as you want without wearing down the teeth. Any thoughts?

Some thoughts:

- Hard chewing on sports retainer
- Splints which are usually used for solving TMJ
