Before you read keep in mind I am not claiming any if these work but the logic behind the studies is there many of them were done on humans with circumstances like osteoporosis. But there is a chance many of the methods work tho it is not 100%. You will almost certainly not find any softmax methods that 100% work. If u have free time or are ugly do these it cant get worse than that. If these don't work u wasted like 30mins of your day for a few months if they do the reward is pretty high so do them on your own watch and judgment. Also I am not gonna explain much just read the studies and draw the correlation also if the study is done on animals it means i put it here because the animal being studies has the same pathway or methods that co-exist in humans. Just do the same thing that is said in the study but with more intensity as simple as that. Also beware most of these increase general BDM not necessarily facial bone mass it is up to genetics how much results you get in your face. Also note that higher BDM has a correlation to Bone Size but it isn't direct and as I've pointed out already bones may not necessarily go to your face
Method 1 - Doing HIIT
Method 2 - Being high on sugar but not high enough to cause diabetes(Don't be a retard the best result will be with constantly elevated sugar not big sugar spikes.). Both studies provided show indirect link between glucose and high bone mass.
Method 3 - Supplementation of calcium with vitamin D
Implement these in your routine as many of these methods are not only correlated to high BDM but also are healthy asf with other pro's for doing them. So you're not completely wasting your time. Also if u say I'm wrong at least disprove me with evidence
