Does this shit mean anything? I saw a doctor today and he literally measured mine out of the blue, not joking, JFL.

Couldn't someone with a flat nose/midface hypoplasia and a protrusive lower maxilla, like an asian or a black with bimaxillary protrusion have a low number (Which is apparently good)?

yes, racial differences exist. it is not the best measurement but reasonably ok apparently

It’s affected by nose upturn, philtrum length and healthy mouth protrusion so it’s not great. The only thing it could potentially measure anyway is downward growth which you can just find out by observing the slope of your dental arch by taking a picture of you smiling from the side.

i think that triangle method mogs it, what u think is the best?
triangle is hard to see and depends on exact pic angle greatly. how upturned or downturned the nose is says a lot however and can not be frauded (or it can momentarily but nobody knows how so it doesn't matter). I also like the nasolabial angle

Yes i think it's one of the best measurements for forward growth
