fixing tongue posture + breathing has given me pretty significant results.
i taped my mouth for sleep,
fixed my tongue posture,
and trained buteyko.
this has increased my HRV, lowered my RHR, and ascended my jawline.
all that to say, mewing isnt cope.
the problem with taping your mouth is that over time it gives you a worse upper/lower-lip ratio and makes your lips thinner.
while reading about mouthbreathing i found this cool mouthpiece that holds your tongue while you sleep.
it was made to stop snoring, but effectively what is does is hold your tongue with suction so that you mew while you sleep.
it's like 99¢ on ali
maybe yall dont believe in mewing but this weird pacifier thing def helps so there ya go.
