Mewing advice

Is it important for teeth to be in contact while mewing? Also if you're in your teen years should consider hard mewing or just casually rest the tongue up on the palate. Please some accurate advice would be appreciated

Teeth should be slightly in contact. Idk much about hard mewing but apparently it yields faster results so its your choice. It's exhausting though so I suggest you casually rest the tongue and then move on to hard mewing once it becomes natural.
