I never really understood how mewing works even tho I've watched video about it everytime they speak about suction and there's always this step where u need to swallow ur saliva and ur tongue kinda suck into the roof of ur month but when I do it my tongue doesn't move at all if someone could give tips or further explanation or anything that could help ill be grateful
