Mewing has made my life worse.

Mewing made me discover my noses doesn't actually work as its supposed to, one side is always closed and the other one is really weak to breathe; due to mewing i cant mouth breath anymore, LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE, unlearned how to mouth breath naturally and i can only do it when I WANT TO, leading to nights of shitty sleep quality.
Not only that but some days i actually have huge TMJ pains.
Mewing is beyond worthless and cope: it can make your life worse and maybe ruin it.

only surgery can fix this shit, luckily rhinoplasty also fix it and my nose is already ugly as hell so 2 for 1 ( jfl fucking joke, my nose is not only an aberration but it ALSO DOESNT WORK )

still doesnt change the fact my nose is dogshit and dont work, tbh.
i would be fine if the one nostiril i use worked but it doesnt. If i forget to mouthbreath regularly i get tired all day with headache and some chest pain
