Bro so basically ive been sunction mewing for a couple weeks and the bottom of my tounge has been killing( i never mewed ever before) has anyone had the same problem , and how to fix or atleast ease the pain

Happens to lots of people when they start mewing. Your tongue muscles aren’t used to it, so the base can get sore.

Don’t hold suction all day, start with short period, Relax jaw and tongue
Make sure tongue isn’t scrunched keep flat
