Mewing problem?

So i read about mewing. Now ive heard that saying the letter "N" shows where the tip of ur tongue should be, and saying any word that ends with -ng lays the tongue on the middle and back, and thats proper mewing. But when i lay my tongue at the back, i cant breathe like it gets stuck. I can put my front and mid tongue to the roof but the back really fuckes me up (I can lay my tongue at the back but i have to release it a bit to be able to breathe). Any way to fix it??

You might be using to much force and be holding your breath idk, when I mew with too much force i hold my breath

just keep trying to breathe, let your airways get used to it, thats waht i did, i kept trying to breathe until i was able to easily
