Mewing problem due to problem with tongue

(english isn't my first language so what I'm trying to say might not make sense )
When i was a kid i fell down the stairs and got my tongue sliced somehow,due to it it's bigger when when down pointed and smaller when up pointed,i tried to draw what I'm trying to say so please look at it ,then you'll understand what I'm trying to say.and due to it when I try to mew i can't breathe
