What if i apply pressure with my tongue only on the front palate and don't apply any pressure or touch the upper and back palate, wouldn't it give more ccw rotation

Also why do my premolars not come in contact, only one side comes together lmao

If you’re over 15, then sutures of your maxilla have already fused, not to mention that over 90% of maxillary growth is complete by 12.

Mewing probably has some validity, especially in very young children still undergoing maxillary development.

Much more difficult to effect change beyond 12 sadly.

If we had medical scans, particularly cephalograms, there’d almost certainly be no registered change.

It’s like claiming you can grow taller after your growth plates have fused.

Mewing should be done consistently from as early as the age of 3 to effect any real change.

Maxillary Growth stops at 15-16 for almost everyone.

If you don’t think social media influencers aren’t working angles or using filters then I don’t know what to tell you.
