I finally fucking figures out how to glue the back of my tounge to the roof of my mouth. Does it matter if the very tip of the tounge isn’t involved? Does this actually bring your maxilla forward or is it a myth. What are the other benefits. Does it grow your ramus. Or just sharpen the body of the jaw?
