...in fact doing plastic surgery itself IS GREED. There is absolutely no medical indication to escape subhumanity... the patient does not die if he/she does not do her nosejob. The surgeon literally cuts someone PURELY because of the money they offered...

PS. I am not convinced having sub-5 face constitutes permasuffering, like e.g. knee arthritis
