I know everyone despises rob’s take on michael myers, but he was the only one that tried to make more out of him. Every other movie was just the same thing over and over again.
Michael myers has alot of potential as a character, he needs to be more than just an emotionless evil incarnate kind of killer. A lot more can be done if they try to dwelve deep as to why he is the way he is, im not asking for a traumatic backstory even. What i really would like to understand is where he gets his drive to continuously kill without remorse and no purpose, what drives him to do any of this out of instinct? Its easy to simply call it “evil” as the writers already have done so, but that isnt an actual reason. Its just a shitty way to ignore the question
The best way to go about this is to fully just open the door for alternate timelines, let there be different universes and different kinds of myers
