tf does that even mean, you mean tretinoin 0.1%? different types of retinoids have different strengths..

anyway, you should look up "short contact therapy" in relation to tretinoin - it's essentially using tretinoin for short periods of time, aka not overnight, this way the chance of it spreading into your eyes is minimal
