Should I start am accutane cycle or just micro dose?

I have mild acne and excess sebum, and I'm currently only using tretinoin. I tried asking a dermatologist for a prescription for Accutane, but that nigger said I didn't need it, so I can only buy it online at exorbitant prices (I'm in Europe, so no Indiamart or Chinese pharmacies).

I'm planning on starting a testosterone cycle and then using melanotan 2, so having a cycle of isotretinoin already would be really helpful.
My question is: should I start a cycle of isotretinoin (about €700) on my own or just microdose the isotretinoin and use tretinoin every day?

start with the micro dose and see how far that gets you. If it doesnt help enough, bump the dose up
