Microdermabrasion vs Microneedling for skin indention

I have a small skin indent on the upper part of my nose caused by scabbing. It’s like a small crater. Which is the best method to get rid of this sort of issue?

Pretty sure the best method for any type of atrophic scarring is a combination of retinoid, microneedling and laser.

FYI microdermabrasion is more of a facial than a scar treatment, good but not what you're looking for
