microdose accutane + tret

I’m already on tretinoin 0.1 and my skin is used to it i’ve been on retinoids for almost have a year. will 5mg accutane be good to pair with it as well? if so how many months should i do it for any how many times a week? PLS HELP

Accutane is safe, your dosage will be personable to you but a general consensus is as high of a weekly dose you can do without extreme irritation. I personally do 30mg daily and all I have is lip dryness but thats manageable. I dont plan on stopping ever taking it for the foreseeable future

Not always, EOD dosage is fine so is 2x a week but you should not front load your dose as you can do with other pharma like dut as far as im aware, atleast it is not common practice

very very low but a good starting point 20mg EOD to start would be fine also. althought I got right into 30mg
