How bad would 20mg accutane once or twice a week affect earlobe and nose piercings?

I'm no medical professional, in fact no one here is, so if you want an answer you can 100% trust talk to a doctor. That aside, it is widely known that Accutate slows the speed at which the skin is able to heal, so if you get anything done such a piercing it will heal much slower than it would normally.

So, if you want to be in a lot less pain and minimize the risks of infections or complications due to prolonged healing time, just hop off Accutane while your piercing heals. It's something temporary, so your skin won't probably get that bad during that time, even if you take a very low dose the slow-down on wound healing will take effect. Simply stop taking it 2 days before the piercing, and start taking it about a month after.
