microdosing accutane w tret ok?

hey, ive been taking 10mg accutane for A YEAR now, derma didnt want to up the concentration. now have lots of scarring from cystic acne.

currently am on:
mycin 2x
laneige non-comedogenic water bank sunscreen
senka deep moist emulsion

thinking to add tret and azelaic acid to get rid of scars. given that ive been taking 10mg accutane every other day, will using both be too sensitive for my skin? thank you and sorry if the first post is too long

Derma's are fucking faggots that do not wish to see you ascend, had the exact same situation as you, just up the dose yourself, if you need a source just ask.

i dont break out anym - just the scarring, and iirc accutane wont work as well for that like tret would

Tretinoin is a non negotiable, accutane should be taken daily. 10mg is already a very low dose and taking it every other day yields even less results. Take 10mg daily for a week and then up the dose or just up the dose straight away.

i mean if ive been taking it daily for a whole year, whats the pt in upping the dose? wouldnt taking it eod for maintenance be fine
