Been on tret 0.025 for 9 weeks (also j started azelaic 20%) and seen some improvement but nothing crazy. I’ve had acne for like 5 years now but it’s mostly gone and im left w scars and hyperpig but to fully get rid of acne im considering isotret but dk how to run it alongside topical tretinoin. Should I just microdose for a few months til im clear then stop? Cuz then i wont be hitting anywhere near cumulative dose. Pls help
