you really cant "microfracture" due to cortical bone, also bonesmashing simply doesnt work because its just going to make your bones stronger not bigger

how many times does this need to be told

The microfracture exercises have no downsides as they’re at worst a warmup to a workout. Bone smashing is completely retarded though.
 
you really cant "microfracture" due to cortical bone, also bonesmashing simply doesnt work because its just going to make your bones stronger not bigger

a stronger bone is a denser bone

denser does not equal mass tho
bone density refers to the amount of mineral content packed within the bone tissue. Denser bones are structurally stronger and often involve thicker cortical layers and a greater accumulation of compact bone material

density directly correlates with mass, if something is of the same size is denser it has more mass. I believe you are thinking of volume, which in that case would be correct.

id assume so BUT id guess vibrations would be better to load the bone/get the correct amount of mm.

also smashing your bones would probably just cause lots of inflammation making you descend
