Heres a quick Guide on how to properly do microneedling at home to get rid of acne scarring. Sadly microneedling isnt a wonder so you just have to stay consistent and results will show.
What to get:
•Derma Roller or Derma stamp (0,5mm needels is best)
•Highly effective disinfector
•Patience
First step:
Prepare your derma Roller/stamp.
Put the thing in the disinfectice liquid for around ten minutes to get rid off any bad bacteria or else you might make the scarring worse with infections.
Second step:
Properly use your derma Roller/stamp.
Newsletter the Spot you want to heal around 15 times with moderate pressure. MAKE SURE TO NOT NEEDLE ACTIVE ACNE. The whole procedure will take 1-5mins depending on how much acne scarring you have.
Third step:
Disinfect the derma Roller/stamp right after the procedure to kill bacteria off for the next use.Your face will be quite red after its done so I would recommend doing it a few hours before bed.
IMPORTANT:
Do NOT use any acidic creams for the next 24 Hours. I would recommend the only thing to put your face for the next 24 Hours is moisturizer. Also try to avoid as much sun as possible for the next 24 Hours.
Comment what you think is also important.
Hope this helps
