Is it microneedling or peeling?

And how many sessions are required for optimal results?

Peeling removes dead skin from your face
Microneedling damages the epiderm jsut a little bit to stimulate collagen production
You should be able to do both
idk much about peeling but microneedling sessions depends on the length of the needle, you could do a professionnal one every week, depends how your own face reacts too
