So i did my first microneedling with topical ghk-cu session yesterday before bed but i dont know after how many hours of microneedling I can use moisturizer, sunscreen, cleanser and tazarotene?

So i did my first microneedling with topical ghk-cu session yesterday before bed but i dont know after how many hours of microneedling I can use moisturizer, sunscreen, cleanser and tazarotene?

Also i didn't use tazarotene for a whole week before that because I heard that its dangerous but idk if its true

atleast 24 hours nothing on your face. no sunscreen nothing. tazarotene wait like 5 days if yo went like 1mm plus, but it all depends. its not dangerous its about irritation I think. but yeah 24 hours nothing. and stay out of sun for 3 days, i had subcision done in a clinic thats what they told me not sure if its the same.

yeah you can do ghk cu I guess, the serum with microneedling has to be sterile, otherwise you can get the dots on skin you can get those. and first 24 hours after your skin is open so you dotn want it to get infected either. also you can ask chat gpt these questions
