What is your microneedling protocol? What are you using and how often are you microneedling?

I recently upped my frequency and have noticed an increase in hair fall and decrease in visible density. Can you do too much and overmicroneedle? How do you know?

I get sides from min. Could it be like shedding when on fin so that when the hairs grow back they are thicker? Before I increased the amount of needling I was doing per session my hair fall had slowed down compared to before starting. Or maybe I did too much? Where is the sweet spot of amount? Currently at once per week like you, but also do it for hair.
